A SIMPLE PRINCIPLE OF ENERGY ACCUMULATION - FIVE ACCESSIBLE CONDITIONS OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

The improvement in my mood convinced me of the law of conservation of energy, which states that energy does not appear and disappear without a trace, but passes from one type to another.

To reveal the process of energy intake, I completely disconnected from the external, performed movements smoothly without internal tension, mentally controlled each one, studied myself from the outside. Relaxed, calm, in complete silence, I entered the subconscious, in which the work of the muscles was controlled, and felt the commands of intuition. She became my coach. The exercise program has switched to automatic mode.

Is became clearly that the conditions of working muscles changes the processes of physical activity, directs them to the obtaining energy and creates a stable internal state of its obtaining.

The law of obtaining human energy.

Energy accumulates within us when five conditions of physical development are met:

1. Complete silence, no sounds, don't look at the clock, in the mirror, don't listen to music. All attention is on the work of the muscles and listen to your organism.

Control over the receipt and expenditure of energy appears.

2. To perform exercises without internal tension and taking into account the organism capabilities.

For this, you cannot work with a large load and heavy weights, as this creates tension in the nerves. The weight should be normal and optimal for obtaining energy. When the nervous system is tense, I observed energy expenditure on nerves. When producing, there should be no expenditure, only its receipt.

3. The more different exercises the better, all with moderate weights, except for the warm-up. The more muscles involved, the more energy is produced.

4. Do not rest while doing exercises - as rest stops the process of obtaining energy.

5. Do not use spring, rubber exercise machines - at the same time, I noticed a slowdown the process of obtaining energy.

The characteristic feature of this method is that there is an opportunity of choosing motion. The level of fulfilment of the conditions depends on individual physical development – there is a possibility of partial performance. An insufficient level of physical development gives no opportunity to fulfill all the conditions completely, but obtaining confidence and strengthening our memory by the changing of a daily routine and doing small physical job is not so difficult to achieve.

Let's get to know the energy inside us, it lives, moves, accumulates, is spent and obeys its own laws.

Depending on abilities, physical development and age, everyone individually chooses the conditions for obtaining energy for one's physical activity. When I began to fulfill all the conditions completely, I found out that many systems do not fulfill those conditions. To obtain of real energy of a human now is simple, accessible and everyone can create their own system of accumulating it. The meaning of life appears in obtaining energy for the work of the brain, the development of memory capabilities.

I have not encountered these conditions as a whole in any of the physical training systems. Their implementation is real, since there are no material costs and basic home conditions are enough. Two dumbbells, a kettlebell, 4 square meters of space turned out to be enough for me.
