A human is like a small «energy factory» that produces and gives energy. Our body is an energy mechanism. A living being is an energy source which outputs energy without any mechanical equipment, but with the help of physical movements.
There are little particles inside human cells called mitochondrial. They are factories which produce energy when burning fat cells. Muscle work burns fat which is transformed into a energy. Further research of their role has defined that the more energy produces mitochondrial, the more results you achieve in training.
It so happened that during physical activity I have coincided certain conditions as a whole, which increased the work of the «energy factory». I started to observe the process of energy production inside of me. I noticed the accumulation and the expenditure of my own energy, like the filling and emptying of water in a glass. I noticed that the growth of energy production depends on a clear observance of the rules. These rules of the work of muscles increased the amount of energy inside of me.
To reveal the process of energy intake, I completely disconnected from the external, performed movements smoothly without internal tension, mentally controlled each one, studied myself from the outside. Relaxed, calm, in complete silence, I entered the subconscious, in which the work of the muscles was controlled, and felt the commands of intuition. She became my coach. The exercise program has switched to automatic mode.
I noticed that the conditions for muscle work changed the processes of physical activity, directed them to obtain energy and created a stable state of its production.
To receive, understand and access accessible energy, you don’t need a trainer, simple follow the rules.
To begin with, their step-by-step compliance depends on the level of preparation. The time, duration of physical activity, and rest are set by everyone himself in accordance with age, state of health and daily routine. A heavy load is prohibited, only the norm with full restoration of muscle performance. Adequate sleep is required.
When these conditions were strictly observed, I observed a constant increase in energy production within myself. At the same time, we gradually acquire knowledge of the process of energy accumulation as fuel for brain work.
